Orders and Shipping

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email through our delivery partner.

What are your shipping options?
Shipping costs & delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping inside the EU:

  • Within The Netherlands, Standard Tracked (2-5 business days): 4,95 EUR
  • Rest of EU, Standard Tracked (5-7 business days): 6,95 EUR
  • Free shipping on orders above €50

We do not ship outside the EU at the moment.
Please note that during peak moments at our delivery partner actual delivery time might be delayed.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

Returns, Order Changes and Cancellations

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items, such as personalized products, or sale items, are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at mare@sctyams.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2-5 business days.

The full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@sctyams.com within 3 days of receiving your order provided with proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
